Online registration for the IA User Conference & Training event is now closed.
Onsite registration will be available for attendees with the proper ID (a valid active or active reserve military ID, Federal Government issued ID, CAC Card).
For those attendees not directly associated with a government agency, a letter of sponsorship (on Government letterhead) is required to register that identifies the attendees name, the company name that the attendee works for, and the government entity that their organization is working with. Please click here for an example sponsorship letter. Clearances are not required.
Because Foreign Nationals must be pre-approved to attend the conference, Foreign Nationals will not be permitted to register on site.

Important Registration Documentation Requirements
There is NO CHARGE to attend the Unified Information Assurance User Conference & Training event. All information is presented at the unclassified level. This is a closed conference and requires advance registration approval to attend. Attendees must be affiliated with a U.S. government agency, or a U.S. government partner.
*All attendees must show a picture ID at registration to be admitted into the conference. See acceptable forms of picture identification listed below.
An active duty military ID, federal government issued ID, or Common Access Card (CAC) must be presented at registration for admittance into the conference.
1. Please Note that Drivers' Licenses and Retired Military IDs will not be accepted as valid, personal identifications for entrance to this event.
2. For those attendees not directly associated with a government agency, a letter of sponsorship is required that identifies the attendee's name, company and the affiliated government entity.
3. Foreign Nationals will require final approval by the U.S. Government to attend this conference. Any Foreign National who does not receive prior approval will not be permitted to attend the conference.
